Questions

Before you start

Do I need experience?

No. The entry-level courses are written for people new to hospital work. If you have worked in retail, food service, warehouse or customer service, much of what you already do carries over.

Can I do this on my phone?

Yes. Every course works on a phone, and you can stop and pick up where you left off.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Each paid course ends with an assessment and a certificate of completion you can show an employer.

Can a workforce program or school buy seats for a group?

Yes. Contact us about group seats for workforce programs, schools and staffing agencies.
