Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login private. One account per person; course access and credentials are issued to the named account holder and may not be shared or transferred.
Courses and exams
Online courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for the access period shown on the course page. Course content, workbooks, exams, and videos are copyrighted by Impact Training Company and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed. Exams must be completed by the enrolled learner without assistance; evidence of cheating voids the result and the credential.
Credentials
HPT certificates are issued on completion of the online course. CHT credentials require completion of the in-person course with a Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor, confirmation from that instructor, and a passing CHT-1 Exam. Credentials carry an expiration date and renewal requirements published on the credential page. The CHT, CHTI, and CPTMP credentials are co-developed with NAHTM; credentialing is managed by Impact Training Company.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Refunds follow our Refund Policy page. Workbook and physical product orders are governed by the policies on ImpactTrainingCompany.com.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other accounts, scrape the Site, upload malicious code, or misrepresent a credential you do not hold.
Disclaimer
Courses are educational. They do not replace your employer's policies, clinical direction, or local regulations. The Site is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Credentials obtained through misrepresentation may be revoked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
