What we collect
When you create an account or buy a course we collect your name, email address, billing address, and the courses you enroll in. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors (WooPayments and Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. When you complete a course, exam, or credential we store your results, completion dates, certificates, digital badges, and continuing education records in the ITC Credential Engine so we can issue and verify credentials and send renewal reminders. We also collect standard web log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and use cookies needed for login, cart, and site performance.
How we use it
To deliver courses and exams, issue and verify credentials, process payments and refunds, send transactional email (order confirmations, course access, renewal notices), respond to support requests, and improve the Site. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the Site: Hostinger (hosting), WooCommerce and WooPayments/Stripe (orders and payments), Tutor LMS (course delivery), FluentSMTP (email delivery), Google Analytics and Site Kit (usage statistics), and HubSpot (forms and CRM). Employers or instructors that sponsored your training may receive your enrollment and completion status for the credential they sponsored. Credential verification: anyone with your certificate number can confirm the credential name, holder name, issue date, and status on our verification page. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Credential and completion records are kept for as long as the credential can be renewed or verified. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account; credential records needed for verification are retained.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile from your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and email info@impacttrainingcompany.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Children
The Site is for adults in the healthcare workforce and is not directed to anyone under 18.
