About Course

About this profile

The DISC Behavioral Style Profile shows how you tend to act at work and how you work with others. It is built on the four DISC styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Everyone uses all four. This profile shows which ones you lean on most.

It takes about eight minutes. There are 30 questions and no right or wrong answers. Answer based on how you actually behave at work, not how you think you should.

What your report includes

  • Your DISC profile shape, your blend, and your primary and secondary styles
  • Strengths and watch-outs you may recognize
  • What tends to motivate you and what tends to drain you
  • How to work with each of the other styles
  • Notes for your supervisor and how you tend to respond under pressure
  • Strategies to increase your effectiveness and a personal action plan
  • A printable report and a Record ID you can share with an instructor or employer

Who it is for

Anyone who wants a clearer picture of how they work with others, including supervisors, team leads, frontline staff, and students preparing for Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor (CHTI) training. CHTI candidates complete this profile before class.
