Questions
Do I need to be a lead already?
No. Team Lead is built for new and aspiring leads. Coaching is best after Team Lead or after some time leading a shift.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access to the current edition. Go at your own pace on a phone, tablet or computer.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Pass the 10-question knowledge check at 80 percent or higher to earn a certificate of completion. These courses are skills training, not a license or professional certification.
Is this legal or HR advice?
No. The courses teach general practice. Your organization’s policies, labor agreement and HR team decide how the rules apply to you.
