How adults actually learn, writing observable competency items, inter-rater reliability and remediation design. The most obvious CE gap for CHTI, and the credential rests on it.

Carries 2 CE hours toward CHTI and CPTMP renewal, as domain content. Hours post when you pass the end-of-module assessment.

One self-paced module with worked scenarios, the tools it refers to, and an applied activity at the end. Then a 15-question assessment drawn at random from a 30-question bank: pass with 11 of 15 correct. You get three attempts, each retake shows a different set, and every answer comes with an explanation.
