Completed training, but your record is missing?
Do not purchase yet. Ask your CHTI to provide confirmation of your completion. Use our contact page to request a CHT-1 training-record review, including your learner-account email, instructor name, hospital or organization, and training completion date. Staff will review the instructor confirmation and record verification on your learner account. Then sign in, return here, and confirm your eligibility before purchasing. A missing record does not mean you must repeat training.
About Course
For validated candidates only
This is the credential submission for transporters who have completed CHT-1: Healthcare Transporter Technical Skills with a Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor (CHTI) and have passed the Final Validation. It is not a training course and it is not a test. Your CHTI already validated your skills on the job. Here you send Impact Training Company your signed records and pay the $30 CHT-1 certification fee.
What you need before you buy
- Your Final Validation (Appendix D of the CHT-1 Participant Book) marked PASS and signed by you and your CHTI
- Signed Competency Sign-Offs for every CHT-1 topic, or your hospital's signed tracking log
- Your CHTI's full name
What happens next
- You upload your records inside the course.
- ITC verifies them, including that your CHTI's credential is current.
- ITC issues your CHT-1 credential by email, with a verification ID and QR code employers can check.
CHT-1 is the first of three levels. The full Certified Healthcare Transporter (CHT) credential also requires CHT-2 and CHT-3. Credentialing is managed by Impact Training Company and endorsed by NAHTM.
