About Course

About this course

Choices Essentials: Making the Ethical Choice at Work helps frontline staff and team leads make the right choice when nobody is watching, and speak up when it counts. It is part of the Choices Workforce Performance System, the behavioral curriculum co-authored by Jorie W. Philippi and Donald Sipp Jr., and it is written for hospital and healthcare support services: environmental services, patient transport, food and nutrition, linen, security and facilities.

Six short lessons use real support services scenarios, weak versus stronger examples, check-yourself questions and a printable Ethical Choice Card, followed by a graded final exam.

Please note: This is a short CE module drawn from the Choices series. It is not the CHT-2 course (Choices: Ethics for the Workplace) and does not replace the Choices participant workbook used in instructor-led CHT training.
