About this course

A huddle has one job: the team walks away ready to act on this shift. This course teaches leads and supervisors in EVS, patient transport, linen and laundry, food and nutrition, and facilities to run a five to ten minute huddle with the Huddle Card: Priorities, People, Problems, Plan to update, then one specific check question.

You will learn to prepare from facts, give clear assignments, handle barriers without turning the huddle into a long meeting, share changes and safety items, include remote and late staff the right way, and close with a check that shows everyone knows the plan. It is the deep-dive companion to From Frontline Employee to Team Lead.
