Engine 0 Par Calculator Pro is a browser-based linen par planning calculator with downloadable results. It turns the true par method in When Linen Stops Flow into a working tool: enter each unit's census, and it works out total system par, the unit closet target, distribution and laundry stock, and what each delivery must carry, including the delivery before a weekend gap.

It covers acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, behavioral health, nursing care centers, assisted living, and surgery centers, with recommendations for each facility and unit type. Built-in fail-safes fill blank fields with labeled defaults, flag entries that look wrong, and rate how much your results rest on defaults.

Use it to set par unit by unit, size deliveries, print closet par cards, check a state linen minimum, and answer the question every linen leader is asked: do we need to buy more linen, or fix return first?

How it works: the calculator runs in your browser. Your entries stay on your device and are not saved to your account, so use Save file to keep a copy. Print the report as a PDF or export a CSV for Excel. Licensed for use inside the purchaser's organization.
