About Course

This exam is designed for CHT-1 candidates who have successfully completed the in-person CHT-1 Course, facilitated by a Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor. The exam fee will be applied towards your CHT-1 certification fee.

To be eligible for your CHT-1 certification, you must provide an email from your instructor confirming your in-person course completion.

Upon successful completion of this exam and verification of your course completion, you will receive your CHT-1 certification.

What Will You Learn?

  • This exam is the final component of the Level 1 CHT certification process. It assesses the essential technical knowledge required of a patient transport professional, following successful completion of CHT-1 Course materials, and demonstration of basic transport skills as validated by a Certified Healthcare Transporter Instructor (CHTI).
